• No further roster changes allowed.
• Team Roster Display with 12-month average indices
• Team Rosters Reflecting Handicaps
• For display of each club's entire women's membership with 12-month index averages from December 2008 to November 2009 click here.
• If a player had less than a 12-month history, an average was done using the months available. No rounding was done, meaning that if an average came to 19.05, the playing index was calculated as 19.0 and not 19.1. If a player has a 99.9 listed beside her name, it means that she has not yet established an index and is not eligible to play team.
