Four Women's Golf Associations in Southern California comprise the Women's Golf Council of Southern California. The four associations include the Desert Women's Golf Association, San Diego County Women's Golf Association, Womens's Public Links Golf Association and The Women's Southern California Golf Association. These Associations represent over 200 clubs and 40,000 individual members.

The Women's Golf Council hosts and sponsors all tournaments listed on the Tournament page.
Any woman golfer with a verifiable USGA handicap index can participate in a Council event, subject to meeting the individual tournament criteria.
